About
You're Not Alone: The 1in6 Podcast brings survivors and experts together for unhurried, honest conversations about childhood sexual abuse and its reach into adult life, including relationships, work, and identity. Each episode centers healing: what it looks like, what gets in the way, and why no one has to face it alone.
The show is hosted by actor, Zero Abuse Project Board Member, and survivor Anthony Edwards and award-winning writer and survivor Beau Friedlander. New episodes release every other Thursday and are free everywhere podcasts are found, including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and more.
The podcast is produced by 1in6, a program of Zero Abuse Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Known to audiences worldwide for his roles in Top Gun and ER, Anthony is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, serves as board chair and national spokesperson for 1in6, and has spent years advocating publicly for survivors and for prevention.
Co-Host · Writer · Survivor
Beau is an award-winning writer, editor, and podcaster. As a survivor, he brings both craft and lived experience to the conversations, helping guests tell their stories with honesty and care.

1in6 supports men who have had unwanted or abusive sexual experiences, offering free, anonymous online support groups and resources for survivors and the people who care about them. 1in6 is a program of Zero Abuse Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to protecting children from abuse and supporting survivors on their healing journeys.
